Shipping policy

Do you ship orders Internationally?

At this time we are shipping international orders to the USA and New Zealand only. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to fulfil all online orders within 24-48 business hours of the order being placed. All orders placed across a weekend or public holiday (AEST) will be processed the next business day unless otherwise advised at the time of ordering.

Shipping Notification 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification and tracking information which will allow you to track your parcel. 

All Standard Domestic Orders are shipped via Australia Post. All orders are shipped from Melbourne Australia. Standard Delivery will generally arrive within 3-12 days depending on your location and proximity to Melbourne. 

All Express Post domestic order are shipped via Australia Post Express Post and general take 1-3 days to delivery, depending on your location and proximity to Melbourne. 

All International Orders are shipping via Australia Post International, the customer can choose between a Standard and Express service. 

All order are subject to the providers delivery timelines. The expected delivery times set are estimates only. Orders being sent to regional Australia, WA, non-metropolitan addresses, and Internationally may take longer to deliver.

Order Tracking 
Order tracking details are provided to the client once your order is shipped. the onus is on the customer to contact the shipping provider with any queries related to their delivery times and or delays. 

Incorrect Delivery Address
We will not replace goods if the incorrect delivery address has been provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Once an order is shipped and is with the Courier/Australia Post we are unable to change the delivery address on that package. The onus is on the customer to contact the shipping partner and arrange re-direction of their package. 

International Duties & Taxes 
All duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be provided based on the customer declining to pay import taxes relevant to their country and returning their order. Mama & Bird Skincare will not provide advice or estimates of international duties and taxes, it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain this information from their countries postal service / customs office before placing an order.
