Returns, Exchange & Refunds
Due to the personal-use nature of Mama & Bird® Skincare products, we do not offer returns on items for change of mind reasons or if you decide the product is not to your liking.
We will only consider replacement / exchange / refund of items that arrive to you in a damaged condition. We will not provide a replacement / exchange on an item that has been opened for use and you have decided is not to your liking.
Should your delivery arrive damaged (bottle leaking or broken) please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order and supply photos of the delivery condition of your purchase. If deemed applicable we will replace or refund item(s). ]
Please not that all products are fully inspected before shipping to our customers to ensure perfect condition. The outer product box may be dinted in courier transit and unfortunately this is out of our control and as such this is not considered a product fault.
Mama & Bird® Skincare will notify you once your approved refund has been processed. Please be mindful that depending on your banking institution an electronic refund can take up to 5 business days to clear. If your refund has not been received within 5 business days of our notifying you of its processing please contact your banking institution.
Belly Oil Note: During transit the amber glass of our bottles may rub against the outer box and cause a slight smudge on the glass varnish. This is easily rectified with a quick cloth polish. We will not provide a refund or replacement for smudges or slight scratches during transit of the glass varnish.
Shipping charges
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
Incorrect Order
Should your order arrive and it has been incorrectly packed, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify this for you right away. Please email hello@mamaandbird.com.au.
International Duties & Taxes
Refunds will not be provided based on the customer declining to pay import taxes relevant to their country and items being returned as a result by the mail carrier. All duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Mama & Bird Skincare will not provide advice or estimates of international duties and taxes, it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain this information from their countries postal service / customs office before placing an order.
